Showcase Your Work! 
The DIET 2025 Academic Committee invites you to submit a digital poster and participate in the Student Poster Session. CNS Student membership is required to participate in the Student Poster Competition. Memberships are free for Canadian Students. 
 
Digital Poster Submission Criteria: 
  • Digital Posters to be displayed on a TV
  • Digital Poster Orientation: Horizontal is acceptable 
  • Traditional printed posters should be 3′ Height x 4′ Length
  • Submissions must be a PDF file format


Deadline to submit:
October 1st, 2025

  • Submit through the Poster Submissions button at the bottom of this page.

This session will take place from 6pm-8pm October 21st

Prizes: 

🥇 First Place: $1000 + a Co-Op with Kinectrics (CAD)
🥈 Second Place: $500 (CAD)
🥉 Third Place: $300 (CAD)
